Privacy Policy
Effective: November 4, 2026
FLUX7 Co., Ltd. (“FLUX7,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal information entrusted to us by clients, business partners, prospective customers and other individuals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, manage and protect personal information in connection with our website and business activities in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws.
1. Personal information we collect
We may collect names, company names, job titles, business affiliations, email addresses, telephone numbers, business contact information, information provided through inquiries, correspondence, meetings, business discussions, proposed or existing transactions, consulting engagements and partnerships, and technical information processed in connection with website access where applicable. We collect personal information through lawful and appropriate means.
2. Purposes of use
We use personal information to respond to inquiries; provide information about consulting, trading, products and operations; evaluate business opportunities and partnerships; communicate with clients, suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and other business partners; manage contractual relationships and transactions; fulfill legal, regulatory, accounting and compliance obligations; and maintain and improve business operations and customer communications. We will not use personal information for materially different purposes without taking steps required by applicable law.
3. Disclosure and sharing
We do not disclose or provide personal information to third parties except where permitted or required by applicable law. This may include disclosure with necessary consent, disclosure required by law or a competent authority, provision to service providers acting on our behalf under appropriate oversight, or other legally permitted circumstances. When an inquiry involves external manufacturers, suppliers or commercial partners, we consider applicable requirements before sharing personal information.
4. International business activities
FLUX7 conducts consulting and trading activities in Japan and overseas. Personal information may need to be communicated to relevant parties outside Japan. Where this constitutes a cross-border transfer of personal data, FLUX7 will comply with applicable legal requirements, including required consent, disclosures or safeguards.
5. Information security
We implement reasonable organizational, administrative and technical measures appropriate to the personal information we handle to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, leakage, alteration or improper disclosure. We exercise appropriate oversight of external service providers handling personal information on our behalf in accordance with applicable law.
6. Retention and disposal
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for its collection purposes, appropriate business records, dispute resolution, or legal and contractual obligations. When no longer required, we take appropriate steps to delete or dispose of it securely.
7. Website inquiries and email communications
Our website currently uses an email-based inquiry function. The visitor’s own email application sends the inquiry to FLUX7; the website does not independently transmit the completed inquiry to a FLUX7-operated form-processing server. Email communications may be subject to the security and privacy practices of the sender’s provider and the providers involved in transmission and delivery.
8. Cookies and website technologies
Our website may use technical functions necessary for operation and delivery. If we introduce additional analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, we will review applicable disclosure and consent requirements and update this policy where necessary.
9. Requests concerning personal information
Individuals may contact FLUX7 regarding disclosure, correction, deletion or suspension of use of their personal information where provided under applicable law. We respond to eligible requests in accordance with legal requirements and may verify identity before processing certain requests.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
